Job Summary:

Indorewala ENT Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving patient engagement.

Experience: 4 to 6 Years (Prior Hospital Experience Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services and enhance brand recognition.
  • Oversee and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Analyse market trends and patient feedback to adjust marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing strategies align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to ensure a positive return on investment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are accurate, up-to-date, and adhere to the hospital’s branding guidelines.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in hospital marketing with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Clinical knowledge to effectively communicate hospital services and benefits to patients and stakeholders.
