Position Overview:

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. This role demands experience in the hospital or healthcare sector and an ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting both staff and management in HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and HR database updates.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations related to HR functions.
  • Handle employee queries related to policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and track employee development.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
  • Maintain HR metrics and generate reports for management.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and communication.
  • Ensure the HR activities are in line with clinical requirements and hospital standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources within a hospital or healthcare setting is mandatory.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using HR software and tools.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical processes and hospital administration.
