About Us

At the heart of Indorewala ENT Hospital’s commitment to community health lies IMEMIRC—the Indorewala Memorial Educational Medical Institute and Research Centre. IMEMIRC is a charitable trust registered with the Charity Commissioner of Nashik since 2010.

The trust is fully compliant with the Income Tax Act, Sections 12-A and 80-G, allowing tax-exempt donations for donors supporting this noble cause.

Trust works to bridge the gap between quality healthcare and affordability, especially for underserved and economically challenged populations. Through sustained charitable efforts and community outreach, it brings essential ENT healthcare to those who need it most.

Objectives of IMEMIRC

Medical aid

Establish and run hospitals, dispensaries, auxiliary units, and mobile medical units.

Provide medicines, equipment, implants, and financial/cash aid to patients and hospitals.

Conduct medical camps, surveys, research, and publish awareness material.

Educational aid

Provide financial aid to students and establish schools, colleges, and libraries.

Conduct seminars, workshops, and distribute educational materials.

Set up institutions for medical and allied health education (diploma, graduate, postgraduate).

Rehabilitation

Provide educational and vocational facilities for handicapped persons (as per RCI).

Establish training centers in audiology, speech therapy, physiotherapy, nursing, etc.

Run recreational and support centers for holistic rehabilitation.

Free Consultation & Surgical Camps

IMEMIRC regularly conducts free medical camps across rural and semi-urban areas of Nashik district, offering:

ENT check-ups by specialist doctors
On-the-spot diagnosis and treatment
Free transportation to Indorewala ENT Hospital for patients requiring surgery
No-cost surgical treatment followed by recovery and rehabilitation

These camps aim not only to provide care but also to raise awareness of ENT disorders and the importance of early intervention.

Financial Assistance for Treatment

The trust actively supports underprivileged patients through donations received from generous NGOs, corporates, and private benefactors. Whether it’s a routine surgery or a complex case, IMEMIRC ensures no deserving patient is turned away due to lack of funds.

Cochlear Implant Support

Cochlear Implantation—critical for children born with severe to profound hearing loss—requires significant investment. IMEMIRC helps:

Fund the cost of surgery
Support post-operative speech therapy
Provide long-term follow-up care, including processor repairs or upgrades
Awareness campaign for parents

As early implantation (preferably before the age of 5) dramatically improves outcomes, time-sensitive financial aid is provided to ensure children get the help they need—quickly and completely.

Ear & Sinus Surgery Workshop

Indorewala ENT Hospital has been conducting an Ear and Sinus Surgery Workshop every year in February non-stop since 2001.

Over 100 ENT surgeons from India and abroad attend to gain hands-on experience with Temporal Bone dissection and Sinus surgeries.

Along with the hands-on experience, the surgeons get to witness a wide variety of live surgeries with a two-way communication feature. This feature allows the live surgery sessions to be interactive and educational.

The workshops are conducted, under the guidance of Dr. Shabbir Indorewala at Indorewala ENT Hospital, Nashik. The annual workshops have been great successes and are a source of pride for many surgeons alike.

Social Welfare Department

We have a dedicated Social Welfare Department committed to ensuring that quality healthcare reaches every section of society. In line with our charitable objectives, 40% of our hospital beds are reserved for such patients, providing them access to essential ENT treatment at highly subsidized or no cost.

The department actively identifies and supports underprivileged patients, guiding them through admission, treatment, and post-care support. Beyond hospital walls, our welfare initiatives extend to community health camps, awareness programs, preventive screenings, and collaborations with NGOs and corporate CSR wings.

By partnering with us, corporates and donors can directly contribute to bridging the healthcare gap, ensuring that financial constraints never come in the way of right to health and dignity.
