On 15th August 2025, Indorewala ENT Hospital, Institute & Research Centre, proudly celebrated the 79th Independence Day of India with patriotism, unity, and a renewed commitment to best ENT healthcare for all.
Dr. Shabbir Indorewala, Founder of Indorewala ENT Hospital, extended a warm welcome to Chief Guest at the hospital’s new state-of-the-art facility in Vilholi, Nashik.
The event began with the flag-hoisting ceremony, graced by our esteemed Chief Guest, Smt. Leena Bansod, IAS, Managing Director, Maharashtra State Cooperative Tribal Development Corporation. Representatives from Polycab India, the Saifee Ambulance Team, and our dedicated hospital staff joined her.
In her address, Smt. Leena Bansod shared a heartfelt message on the essence of freedom:

Cochlear Implant Success Story
The highlight of the day was a truly emotional moment when 13-year-old Pranav Borse, our cochlear implant patient, who once could neither hear nor speak, proudly recited the Jana Gana Mana. This powerful act became a living symbol of the freedom that healthcare brings — the freedom to listen, speak, and connect with the world.
Speaking on the occasion, Yusuf Punjab, CEO of Indorewala ENT Hospital, Institute & Research Centre, emphasized the importance of continuing support for cochlear implant surgeries.
‘The first few years of life are critical for speech and language development, as the brain is most receptive to sound during this period. Children who receive implants at a younger age are able to integrate into mainstream schooling more easily, develop stronger communication skills, and enjoy greater social confidence.
