Job Summary:
Indorewala ENT Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving patient engagement.
Experience: 4 to 6 Years (Prior Hospital Experience Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s Degree in Marketing (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services and enhance brand recognition.
- Oversee and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Analyse market trends and patient feedback to adjust marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing strategies align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to ensure a positive return on investment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are accurate, up-to-date, and adhere to the hospital’s branding guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in hospital marketing with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
