Job Summary:

Indorewala ENT Hospital is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hospital experience and a strong background in human resources management. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, clinical knowledge, and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a professional and effective manner.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy in HR documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues and policies.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in HR and healthcare administration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: 7 to 8 years of HR experience in a hospital setting.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
    • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
    • Professional HR certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) are a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (writing, reading, and speaking).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to effectively use HR software and technology.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Clinical knowledge and understanding of hospital operations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
